Wednesdays@Noon: Records Management: Using the Retention Schedule (Part 2)
Everyone who conducts Drexel University business is responsible for helping to implement the University’s Records Management Policy. The Drexel University Archives offers support and guidance to help University departments manage their active and inactive records in accordance with this policy.
This webinar is the second in a 2-part series. Building on the basic principles introduced in Part 1 (Records Management Key Concepts), this webinar will explain how to interpret and apply the University’s Record Retention Schedule, which spells out how long different types of records should be kept and by whom.
The webinar will also outline specific departmental roles and responsibilities and discuss appropriate storage, destruction, and archival transfers of inactive records.

Wednesdays@Noon webinars are held at 12 p.m. on Wednesdays throughout the academic year. Sessions are open to all Drexel faculty, students and staff.
