DULASA and the Drexel University Libraries are hosting a panel event in honor of Archives Month Philly! Join us as we bring together current students and recent alums from Drexel's library & information science program who have completed their Drexel Capstone projects in a Philadelphia area archive institution or with a focus on archives and/or special collections.

Panelists will introduce their Capstone projects, what they learned, and the institutions they worked with, followed by Q&A and discussion.

Panelists:

• Kay Hahn did her Capstone project with the Drexel Audio Archives in 2019.

• Christine Nieman did her Capstone project with the Drexel University Archives in Summer and Fall 2020.

• Yen Ho did her Capstone project with the University of Pennsylvania's Biomedical Library in Summer & Fall 2020.

• Kate Jorgensen is currently working on her Capstone project with her employer, Avangrid, Inc., with anticipated graduation at the end of Fall 2021.

Who should attend: This event is open to all, including members of the Philadelphia archives community, MSI/LIS students and alumni, and anyone with an interest in archives or who wants to learn what archivists do!
