Wednesdays@Noon: Keeping Current with the World of Inventions through Efficient Patent Searching Online

This webinar will introduce you to the advanced techniques and tools available for searching patents.

Simply searching by keywords has a danger of returning too many irrelevant search results. Learn how to use the Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC) System to improve your search results and explore new online tools for keeping up-to-date with new and emerging technologies. CPC provides an efficient system to search by concepts aimed at retrieving relevant patents as quickly as possible.

Who should attend: Drexel faculty, staff, and students who are interested in research.

Presented by: Jay Bhatt, Engineering Librarian
