The Study Break Room

Have you been studying for hours on end? Research says take a break!

Students at the University of Chicago conducted research that says giving your brain a chance to rest and recover leads to better productivity and overal happniess so you can return to your work reinvigorated and ready to tackle the tasks that come your way.

So come in and take a break in the Drexel Libraries' Study Break Room during Week 10 of the winter 2020 term. Two Drexel Libraries Information Explorers created the Study Break Room and will be available to talk about stress and tips for relaxing during exam periods and beyond.
