Celebrate the last day of classes with fellow faculty, professional staff and alumni during the next ScholarSip event!

ScholarSip provides an opportunity for members of the Drexel community to gather for conversation – along with a toast to the end of the academic term.

This year, the theme of the event series is Research Matters: Connecting Drexel to Global Scholarship.Invited presenters (who will be announced over the coming weeks) have been selected from those Drexel researchers identified as among the world’s most cited journal authors in 2016, and they will share their insights on some area of inquiry that has shaped scholarship through the impact of their publications. Each will be asked address this year’s theme by reflecting on why and how dissemination of research through publication is critical to the development of knowledge in a particular field.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Stay tuned for registration information, including details on how you can view the live broadcast of the event online.

About ScholarSip
Now in its seventh year, ScholarSip is an annual event series hosted by the Drexel University Libraries that seeks to nurture Drexel’s intellectual life and cross-campus community through informal gatherings where faculty and professional staff exchange ideas sparked by greater awareness of interdisciplinary research. Each event includes social time to build acquaintances and a short “food for thought” presentation from a member of the Drexel community.
